Job Description
As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for overseeing vehicle parking at our facilities. You will ensure smooth operations, assist customers, and maintain a secure environment for all parked vehicles.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing traffic flow within the parking lot.
Assist customers with locating their vehicles upon request.
Handle payment transactions for parking services.
Report any issues or maintenance needs to management promptly.
Participate in training sessions for new hire orientation.
Ensure signage is clear and visible for customers.
Collaborate with team members to improve parking operations.
Monitor parking lot technology systems for functionality.
Document customer feedback for service improvement.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements
Education
