Job Description

As a Chemical Technician, or Formulator, you will be at the heart of innovation, researching, developing, and creating new products that enhance beauty and wellness. Your expertise in chemistry and commitment to quality will ensure our products meet the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and formulate new personal care and beauty products according to company standards.
  • Conduct research on new ingredients and technologies to improve product performance and safety.
  • Perform quality control checks and assist in troubleshooting product issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all formulas and development processes.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to align product development with market needs.
  • Assist in training programs for new staff regarding product formulations.
  • Participate in new product launches and promotional activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product development within the chemical or pharmaceutical industries.
