Job Description

As the Insurance Agents Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team of agents to achieve sales targets while ensuring top-tier customer service and compliance with industry standards. This role demands strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the insurance market.

Responsibilities

  • Delegate responsibilities to team members effectively based on individual strengths.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to promote open communication and address challenges.
  • Review and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Work with HR to assist in recruitment and onboarding of new agents.
  • Provide constructive feedback to agents to help them improve their sales techniques.
  • Establish performance goals and ensure team members are on track to achieve them.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Relevant insurance certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance sales or management
