Job Description

We are hiring a Bookkeeper to oversee financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. This position involves processing invoices, handling payroll, and keeping precise records for audits, making attention to detail critical.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and direct debits.
  • Maintain organized financial records.
  • Oversee the entry of financial data and generate reports.
  • Assist in financial month-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for financial queries.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis for management decision-making.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Provide clerical support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience

Certifications
  • Certified Bookkeeper (CB)
