Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Bibliographer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing collections of books, journals, articles, and other materials. This role includes curating, cataloging, and maintaining library resources, while also providing reference services and assistance to library users. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for collection development and management.
• Provide training sessions for users on how to utilize library resources effectively.
• Analyze library usage data to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with academic faculty to align resources with curriculum needs.
• Implement technology solutions for cataloging and data management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Library Sciences or related field
• Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLS or MLIS) desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in library sciences or related field.
