Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Rest Room Matron to maintain cleanliness and ensure the proper functioning of restrooms in our facility. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene for our visitors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with various hematological conditions.
• Perform lab tests and interpret results to guide patient management.
• Provide leadership to junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Participate in outreach programs to educate the community on blood health.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
• Fellowship in Hematology

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical experience in hematology

Technical Skills

• Clinical Research
• Lab Techniques

• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Hematologist

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Publications in Peer-reviewed Journals: A strong record of published research in hematology.
