Job Description

As a Roadmaster, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and construction of roads and supervise the team responsible for material-moving operations. Your leadership will ensure that all projects are executed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistical operations for all road maintenance and construction activities.
• Review project plans and blueprints to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct safety briefings and site assessments for team members.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve operational efficiencies.
• Monitor traffic patterns and ensure safe flow around work zones.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare reports on project status and resource utilization.
• Engage in regular performance reviews and staff evaluations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the industry
