Job Description

As an Insulation Worker, you will be responsible for the insulation of pipes and equipment to prevent heat loss or gain, maintain temperature control, and ensure personnel safety. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to high-quality workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities

• Install thermal insulation on piping systems.
• Ensure insulation is securely fastened and sealed properly.
• Carry out inspections on completed installations.
• Maintain compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Work with various insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, etc.).
• Promote workplace safety practices among peers.
• Assist in managing inventory of insulation supplies.
• Provide feedback on product performance and job challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or insulation installation preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of insulation materials
• Safety practices

Soft Skills

• Strong work ethic
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with thermal insulation: Hands-on experience installing thermal insulation systems.
• Certification in insulation installation: Certifications related to thermal insulation installation are a plus.
