Straw Hat Washer Operator

Job Description

The Straw Hat Washer Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the straw hat washing machine, ensuring that all hats are cleaned to the highest standard. Attention to detail and the ability to work with machinery are vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hats for washing, including the removal of debris and stains.
• Load and operate the hat-cleaning machine according to specified guidelines.
• Inspect hats post-washing for quality and defects before packaging.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following standard operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Document machine settings and production processes for quality assurance.
• Assist with inventory management for cleaning supplies and materials.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production efficiency and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Technical training in machine operation is a plus

Experience

• Related experience in a textile or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
