Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various molding machines to create glass and plastic items.
• Perform quality inspection and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Adjust machine parameters to optimize production quality and speed.
• Document process adjustments and report on production metrics.
• Assist in training new team members on machinery operation and safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in glass production is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in glass or plastics molding

Technical Skills

• CAD/CAM software knowledge
• Basic math skills

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
