Job Description

As a Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operator, you will be integral to our production line. Your expertise in operating bleaching and dyeing machinery will ensure that our textiles meet the highest quality standards. You will monitor the machines, adjust settings as necessary, and conduct quality checks throughout the process. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machines for different fabric types and colors.
• Monitor chemical levels and ensure proper handling.
• Implement quality assurance measures to maintain product standards.
• Work with the quality control team to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct safety audits and promote a safe work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in textile technology is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with bleaching and dyeing machinery

Technical Skills

• Chemical handling
• Machine troubleshooting

Languages

• English: Fluent
