Job Description

Looking for an experienced Quality Engineer who can uphold our commitment to quality and excellence in automotive manufacturing by implementing robust quality assurance measures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Participate in audits and compliance assessments.
• Work with the engineering team to resolve quality issues during production.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an asset

Experience

• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer
• ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Minitab for Statistical Analysis: Proficiency in Minitab for conducting quality data analysis.
• Knowledge of Automotive Standards: Understanding of automotive industry quality standards such as IATF 16949.
