Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and implement changes for efficiency.
• Use lean methodologies to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and develop solutions.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams on product improvements.
• Design and implement testing protocols for new products.
• Utilize CAD software to assist in process design and optimization.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize inventory management.
• Ensure all engineering practices align with company goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
