Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Ranch Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will take on a variety of responsibilities related to livestock care, equipment maintenance, and daily ranch operations. If you have a love for the outdoors and experience in farming or ranching, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of animal husbandry, including feeding and health checks.
• Repair fences and maintain ranch buildings and equipment.
• Help with the operation and maintenance of farm tools and machinery.
• Assist with crop production tasks as required.
• Monitor the condition of pastures and assist in rotating livestock.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage waste disposal and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience working on a ranch or farm

Technical Skills

• Animal Husbandry
• Equipment Operation
• Basic Carpentry and Plumbing

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Horses: Ability to handle and ride horses safely.
• Knowledge of Irrigation Systems: Familiarity with managing water resources and irrigation practices.
