We are seeking a highly-motivated Shellfish Manager to oversee our shellfish production operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. The successful candidate will manage hatcheries and coordinate with sales teams to deliver high-quality products to the market.

• Develop waste reduction strategies for sustainable production.
• Maintain an understanding of the latest industry trends in aquaculture.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 5+ years of management experience in aquaculture or related field
