Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Utilize software tools for design and simulation.
• Analyze data for performance enhancements and efficiency improvements.
• Act as a liaison between engineering and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and methods.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering
