We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality of our software products through meticulous testing and with a systematic approach to identifying bugs and issues. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards and improve user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Review user stories and requirements to understand testing needs.
• Develop automated test scripts and maintain automation frameworks.
• Oversee test execution and facilitate bug triage meetings.
• Monitor software quality metrics and report findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in QA audits and assessments to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Test Management Tools (JIRA, HP ALM)
• Performance Testing Tools (LoadRunner, JMeter)

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
• American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with cloud technologies: Familiarity with testing applications deployed in cloud environments.
