Job Description

The Bellhop Service Captain is responsible for overseeing a team of bellhops, ensuring the highest level of customer service in our hospitality environment. This role involves greeting guests, managing luggage, and coordinating with various hotel departments to enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional communication, and a passion for service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage bellhop team schedules, ensuring adequate staffing during peak times.
  • Assist in developing and implementing service protocols and standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure communication and performance alignment.
  • Monitor guest feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations to management for process enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hospitality management certification is a plus
