Job Description
Join our kitchen as a Sous Chef, where you'll assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, menu planning, and food preparation while ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Assist in the training and development of kitchen staff.
Ensure that food safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
Prepare dishes that meet the establishment's high standards.
Respond to customer feedback and adjust dishes accordingly.
Coordinate and manage kitchen workflow during service.
Assist in the management of kitchen equipment and supplies.
Participate in staff meetings to improve kitchen operations.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Culinary school graduate preferred
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
