Job Description

Join our kitchen as a Sous Chef, where you'll assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, menu planning, and food preparation while ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Assist in the training and development of kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that food safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
  • Prepare dishes that meet the establishment's high standards.
  • Respond to customer feedback and adjust dishes accordingly.
  • Coordinate and manage kitchen workflow during service.
  • Assist in the management of kitchen equipment and supplies.
  • Participate in staff meetings to improve kitchen operations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Culinary school graduate preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
