Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of lacquer finishes before and after polishing.
• Use various polishing tools to achieve optimal finishes.
• Keep work areas clean and organized at all times.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline polishing processes.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide feedback on tooling and materials to improve polishing practices.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of polishing materials and supplies.
• Prepare special finishing solutions as needed.
• Support the production team in achieving daily polishing goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in automotive refinishing is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive polishing or similar role

Technical Skills

• Manual dexterity
• Knowledge of polishing tools

Certifications

• Automotive Refinishing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
