As a Wood Pole Treater, you will be responsible for treating utility poles to extend their lifespan. This skilled labor position requires a solid understanding of chemical safety, treatment techniques, and the operation of specialized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate pressure treatment machinery safely and effectively.
• Test treated poles for chemical retention and report results.
• Train new team members in safety procedures and treatment processes.
• Assist in inventory management for chemicals and equipment.
• Perform maintenance on machinery and tools as needed.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations in chemical usage.
• Provide excellent communication with supervisors on job progress.
