Job Description

As a Grant Writer, you will be at the forefront of our fundraising efforts, responsible for drafting proposals that secure funding from diverse sources including government grants, foundations, and corporate sponsorships. Your ability to communicate our vision clearly is key to driving our mission forward.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential grants that align with our mission.
  • Write and edit grant proposals that effectively communicate our impact and needs.
  • Work with program staff to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with all grant submission guidelines and deadlines.
  • Track grant application statuses and maintain documentation.
  • Cultivate relationships with funders by articulating our mission and vision.
  • Assist in developing grant-related materials, including reports and presentations.
  • Evaluate grant outcomes and suggest improvements for future submissions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant writing or related field
