Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shoe Machine Operator to create and maintain the vamp shape for our shoes. This hands-on role requires precision and manual dexterity, ensuring each piece meets our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize machine tools to create and maintain the vamp shape of shoes.
• Consistently monitor production quality and output.
• Assist in training new employees in vamp creasing techniques.
• Adhere to production schedules and timelines.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in shoe manufacturing or similar industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in using creasing machines
• Understanding of shoe construction

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Attention to safety

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working with leather materials: Hands-on experience with leather crafting will be beneficial.
