We are on the hunt for dedicated Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers. Your role will focus on monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Bring your expertise in quality control to our dynamic team!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate product quality through rigorous testing and inspection methods.
• Report and document all findings accurately for quality assurance logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent quality.
• Support the development of best practices in quality assurance.
• Mentor junior inspectors in effective inspection techniques.
• Provide valuable insight on product improvements based on inspection outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Prepare reports for management summarizing inspection activities and outcomes.
• Work together with suppliers to ensure quality materials are received.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality control or inspection roles

Technical Skills

• Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) knowledge
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Inspector

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Six Sigma Certification: Certification in Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
• Lean Manufacturing experience: Experience in lean manufacturing principles and practices.
