Job Description

As an Auction Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our auction events by handling inquiry management, assisting in cataloging, and ensuring a smooth auction process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and effective in a fast-paced environment, interacting with bidders and consignors.

Responsibilities

  • Support auction staff in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Engage with bidders to enhance their auction experience.
  • Assist in the promotion of auction events via social media and other platforms.
  • Streamline operations to improve event efficiency.
  • Participate in post-auction evaluations to improve future events.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
