Job Description
As a First-Line Supervisor of Non-Retail Sales Workers, you will oversee the skating desk clerks at our skating rink. Your primary focus will be to ensure exceptional customer service while managing and scheduling staff effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the skating desk operations and staff management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
  • Handle scheduling, training, and performance reviews of staff.
  • Coordinate equipment rental and monitor inventory levels.
  • Promote a safe skating environment for all visitors.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance attendance.
  • Support event planning and execution for skating programs.
  • Analyze and track attendance, revenue, and expenses.
  • Provide training on customer service skills and conflict resolution.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Customer Service Proven record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Leadership Effective team leader with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem Solving Skilled in resolving customer issues and conflicts.
  • Time Management Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Certifications in recreation management: Relevant certifications that demonstrate expertise in recreational activities management.
  • First Aid and CPR Certification: Current First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred.
