Job Description

The Escrow Clerk will manage all aspects of escrow transactions, including document preparation and communication with parties involved in the transaction. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with legal standards and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire escrow transaction process from start to finish.
  • Review purchase agreements and other transaction documents thoroughly.
  • Request and review necessary documentation such as tax statements and insurance policies.
  • Prepare and distribute closing documents to all involved parties.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the escrow process.
  • Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the escrow process.
  • Conduct follow-up to ensure timely completion of all escrow activities.

Advantageous

  • Knowledge of Real Estate Laws: Understanding of real estate laws and regulations would be advantageous.
  • Experience with Marketing and Sales: Exposure to marketing techniques in the real estate sector is a plus.
