We are seeking a Retail Loss Prevention Specialist to join our security team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in theft prevention and investigation within a retail environment. Your role will involve monitoring store activities, collaborating with management, and ensuring a safe shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store audits to identify security risks.
• Engage with customers to promote a secure shopping environment.
• Track and analyze loss prevention metrics to improve strategies.
• Document incidents thoroughly and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with store management to address security issues swiftly.
• Assist in recovery efforts of stolen merchandise when possible.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in loss prevention or security-related field.
