Job Description

As a Hand Wood Sander, you will play a vital role in our wood finishing department. Your primary responsibility will be to sand and smooth wooden surfaces by hand, ensuring a high-quality finish for various woodwork projects. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about woodworking and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality finishes on wood projects by achieving a smooth surface.
• Help train new team members on sanding techniques and best practices.
• Assist in inventory management of sanding materials and tools.
• Document and report quality issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in woodworking or a related field

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in related roles preferred

Technical Skills

• Power Tools
• Blueprint Interpretation

Languages

• English: Fluent
