Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the IT team to ensure website functionality.
  • Develop and analyze A/B tests to improve user experience.
  • Lead cross-channel promotional strategies incorporating email and social media.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align goals and messaging.
  • Manage relationships with online marketplaces and partners.
  • Oversee digital merchandising strategies and in-season campaigns.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members in e-commerce best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
