Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role involves designing and developing aircraft components and systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the design process for aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Conduct simulations and analyses to predict aircraft behavior under various conditions.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies for design approvals.
Mentor junior engineers and interns in design methodologies and best practices.
Create comprehensive reports detailing design methodologies, outcomes, and recommendations.
Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for design projects.
Foster a collaborative environment to promote creativity and innovation in design.
Continuously review and enhance design standards and practices.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Aerospace
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
5+ years in aerospace or mechanical engineering roles
