Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in automotive technology is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in automotive service or repair

Technical Skills

• Suspension Systems
• Transmission Systems
• Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Systems

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Communication

Certifications

• ASE Certification
• Certifications in additional areas like Diesel Mechanics are a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with vehicle repair software: Experience using software for tracking work orders and customer history.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance best practices: Understanding of servicing and maintaining fleet vehicles.
