Job Description

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving performance and profitability across our property assets. Your expertise in financial management and stakeholder engagement will be key to our success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead portfolio management initiatives that drive property value enhancement.
  • Implement financial management practices that improve profitability.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local authorities and industry partners.
  • Regularly review financial statements, budgets, and investment performance.
  • Ensure the development of property marketing strategies that attract and retain tenants.
  • Conduct training sessions for property management staff to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage risk by ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare for and lead annual property inspections.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
Experience
  • 5 years or more in real estate management or related fields
