As an Educational, Guidance, and Career Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting individuals in navigating their career paths. With a focus on collaboration and personalized support, you will help clients identify their strengths, set achievable career goals, and provide strategies to attain them.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and seminars on career development topics.
• Engage with local employers to understand their hiring needs.
• Support clients in overcoming barriers to employment.
• Track job placement statistics and prepare reports for management.
• Cultivate relationships with educational institutions for internship opportunities.
• Offer one-on-one counseling sessions to address individual client concerns.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of career programs.
• Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
• Certification in Career Development is preferable

Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations is desirable
