• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure reliability requirements are met during production.
• Perform statistical analyses to validate reliability predictions and forecasts.
• Provide technical support and expertise during product development phases.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align reliability goals with overall project objectives.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables related to reliability engineering initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant engineering role.

Technical Skills

• Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• Reliability Testing Software

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration
• Adaptability

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
