Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Observer to monitor and analyze our service operations. The Service Observer will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery and identifying any issues or bottlenecks that may arise.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct regular audits of service procedures to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between service teams and management to ensure alignment.
  • Develop reports on service performance and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks in service operations and propose mitigations.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback on service quality and responsiveness.
  • Monitor changes in service trends and adjust operations as needed.
  • Assist in creating training materials for new hires in service roles.
  • Contribute to periodic reviews of service operational processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive service information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an operational role focused on service quality
