Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator with strong organizational skills and a background in managing research projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating research activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and enrollment of research participants.
  • Coordinate with laboratories and external vendors.
  • Evaluate the quality and reliability of collected data.
  • Conduct site monitoring visits and audits.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed for compliance.
  • Facilitate ongoing training for staff on protocols.
  • Assist in the publication of research findings in journals.
  • Implement new technologies for data management.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies relevant to research protocols.
  • Support the development of training materials for team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical research management.
Technical Skills
  • Qualtrics
  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

Languages
