Job Description

We are seeking an Aerospace Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will be involved in designing, analyzing, and testing aerospace systems, ensuring high levels of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize CAD software to create detailed design models and simulations.
  • Work closely with suppliers and partners to source materials and components.
  • Document and communicate design changes and technical specifications.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
  • Mentor junior engineers and assist in their professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related engineering fields
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace or mechanical engineering
