Job Description
As a Food Cooking Machine Operator, you will manage the production process of cheese products by operating our specialized cooking equipment. This role demands attention to detail and adherence to strict safety and quality protocols.
Responsibilities
Operate cheese cooking machines effectively.
Follow recipes for ingredient mixing and cooking.
Maintain quality control during production stages.
Execute maintenance tasks on equipment when required.
Keep track of ingredient inventory.
Work side-by-side with other operators to maximize efficiency.
Record all relevant production data accurately.
Abide by company protocols and industry regulations.
Engage in ongoing training sessions.

Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
1-2 years in food processing preferred
