Responsibilities

• Participate in daily site inspections and safety briefings.
• Assist in the layout and assembly of structures at job sites.
• Support the loading and transporting of materials.
• Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills.
• Help maintain accurate records of materials used on site.
• Perform tasks as assigned by site management team.
• Check and prepare work tools at the start of each shift.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow.
• Demonstrate flexibility in tasks as project needs change.
• Engage in continuous learning about construction practices and safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in construction or labor-intensive roles preferred.

Technical Skills

Advantageous

• Basic first aid certification: Completion of a first aid and CPR course.
