Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Feeder and Offbearer to join our production team. This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and maintaining production flow. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machine feeding processes and an understanding of production line workflows.

Responsibilities

• Handle the flow of materials into and out of machines responsibly.
• Assess machine performance and suggest improvements.
• Assist in assembling and disassembling machinery as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on production output.
• Support team in meeting production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in operational meetings to discuss workflow.
• Document machine settings and production reports.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in manufacturing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in a high-volume production environment or similar role

• Machinery Maintenance

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
