Job Description

We are looking for a Hardening Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining hardening machines, ensuring adherence to safety and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate hardening equipment before production runs.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document and report any operational issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree or certification in manufacturing or machine operation

• Previous experience operating hardening machines is a plus.
