Job Description

Join our practice as a Physical Medicine Physician where you will provide comprehensive care to patients with physical disabilities. You will develop tailored treatment plans aimed at restoring maximum functionality and independence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose physical impairments resulting from injury or illness.
• Utilize diagnostic tools effectively for patient assessment.
• Adjust therapeutic regimens based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Work closely with physical therapists to coordinate care plans.
• Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about rehabilitation.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure best practices are maintained.
• Engage in patient advocacy efforts to improve service access.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Completion of a fellowship in rehabilitation medicine is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in physical rehabilitation
