We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our enthusiastic team in Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in patient care by providing medication therapy management, counseling patients on medication usage, and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dispensing of prescription medications and manage pharmacy operations.
• Provide medication therapy management and patient education.
• Monitor patient medication use and gather health data for improved outcomes.
• Participate in healthcare team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Pharmacist licensure in Utah is required

Experience

• 3+ years in retail or clinical pharmacy

• Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS)

Languages
