Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Condemnation Engineer who will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the condition of various structures, buildings, and infrastructure. You will ensure public safety and compliance with local regulations through thorough inspections and expert analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections and assessments of infrastructure.
• Document and report assessment results accurately.
• Advise on structural repairs and renovations based on assessments.
• Work collaboratively with project managers and construction teams.
• Assess compliance with local and national building codes.
• Conduct feasibility studies for rehabilitation projects.
• Manage budgets and timelines for assessment projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering focused on condition assessment.
