Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with a focus in RF technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, testing, and analyzing electrical systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype RF components.
• Execute testing and validation of electrical products.
• Engage in design review processes to ensure quality.
• Participate in project planning and resource allocation.
• Analyze data to enhance system performance.
• Implement improvements based on testing outcomes.
• Assist in the development of user manuals and guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in RF Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in RF system design

Technical Skills

• Matlab or Python
• Knowledge of FCC regulations

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Team leadership

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of IoT devices: Familiarity with Internet of Things technologies in RF applications.
• Experience in a defense or aerospace sector: Prior work experience in an aerospace or defense environment is an advantage.
