Job Description

As a Plating Machine Operator at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll be instrumental in the production process, managing the setup, operation, and quality evaluation of plating and coating machines. If you have a background in manufacturing and a passion for quality, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control plating and coating machinery efficiently and safely.
• Perform inspections and quality assessments periodically throughout the production run.
• Adjust machine settings based on product specifications and quality standards.
• Train new employees on machine operations and safety procedures.
• Keep accurate records of production runs and materials used.
• Work with the engineering team to implement improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting machinery and equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain a clean work environment.
• Support other manufacturing departments as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
