Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Metal-Refining Furnace Operators and Tenders to join our production team. The ideal candidate will manage and operate Retort Coolers effectively while ensuring that safety standards are upheld. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor metal refining furnace equipment to ensure compliance with production specifications.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of furnace machinery as required.
• Report any malfunctions or safety hazards to production management.
• Keep accurate logs of production data and furnace operation.
• Assist in developing and improving operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations: Understanding of food safety procedures and regulations.
• Experience with inventory management systems: Ability to use software for inventory tracking.
