Job Description

The Spot Facer role is crucial in our manufacturing process, focusing on improving the finish of metal products. Candidates will use both hand tools and machinery to ensure high-quality standards in production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for precise machining.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Evaluate production processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and equipment.
• Assist in inventory management of tools and materials.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in CNC machining is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating CNC machines.

Technical Skills

• CNC operation
• Blueprint reading

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Critical thinking

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with welding equipment: Experience in using welding tools and techniques.
