Job Description

As a Fiberglass Laminator and Fabricator, you will be responsible for operating winding machines to produce high-quality fiberglass products. This role requires attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve production goals and ensure product quality while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fiber winding machines for the production of various fiberglass products.
• Adjust machine settings based on production requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on products and document findings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues as they arise.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace.
• Work alongside team members to enhance production efficiency.
• Document production data accurately and consistently.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production issues and improvements.
• Train new employees on machine operation and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience operating winding machines preferred
